Unburden

Unburden

Watch the words you speak, like seeds in the air

They land softly, but their roots dig deep there

Not everyone smiles with eyes that are kind

Some carry grudges like inherited wine

Envy festers, misunderstandings grow

Stories told without the other side's flow

Let go of weights that weren't yours to lift

Break chains that bind, let harmony shift

Don't hold the past's mishaps like a heavy cloak

Your life's a breath - live it, don't let it choke

Mend the ways, unite with an open heart

Live humble, at peace, and let burdens depart

Quote:

Let go of stories that aren't yours to carry.
