Empathy
Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another person. It's like stepping into their shoes and seeing the world from their perspective. There are two main types of empathy:
Cognitive empathy is the ability to understand what someone else is thinking and feeling. It's like figuring out the puzzle of someone else's emotions.
Affective empathy is the ability to share the emotions of another person. It's like feeling what they're feeling.
Empathy is a crucial skill for building strong relationships, resolving conflict, and helping others. It allows us to connect with people on a deeper level and respond to their needs in a compassionate way.
