Echoes of Sorrow
His eyes told a story, deep and true,
A pain that words couldn't justify anew.
The hurt ran deep, like a wound that won't heal,
Easily misunderstood, a heart that would feel.
In his space, a moment of silence fell,
The tears streamed down, his sorrow to tell.
She was gone, no longer by his side,
Never to return, a path he'd have to abide.
His love was deep, his heart laid bare,
He gave his all, without a single care.
Forsaking all others, he gave her his heart,
A love so rare, a love that would never depart.
In the silence, his tears would flow,
A grief so profound, a heart that would know.
The weight of loss, a burden to bear,
A sorrow that echoed, beyond repair.
