Lanterns of Patience

Through days of hunger, nights of prayer,

A quiet strength fills the faithful air.

The crescent moon whispers, soft and bright,

Guiding hearts through the sacred night.

Patience blooms in the fasting soul,

Each moment a step toward a greater whole.

Hands uplifted, prayers ascend,

Mercy flows without an end.

And when Eid’s dawn begins to rise,

Joy shines clear in grateful eyes.

Lanterns of patience, glowing strong,

Now burst into a festive song.

Unity gathers, love is spread,

Blessings shared with warmest bread.

From sacrifice to celebration’s cheer,

Eid reminds us: Allah is near.
