Fiza Tasleem never let her disabilities (dwarfism)stop her from achieving her goals. Her father is working on a daily wage and her mother is a housewife, 27 years old Fiza is 3.2 ft she has one sister and two brothers. Her sister is also disabled.
Fiza completed her Master's degree in Urdu from Hazara University Mansehra in 2019 as a private student.
She is familiar with graphics designing tools and also has done Certification in IT from Created Opportunities, Abbottabad. A project in collaboration with NAVTTC, Government of Pakistan.
Now her hands are on good experience and currently, she is working with different organizations.
Her achievements are:
• She was awarded Silver Medal for my confidence level by Peshawar Sports Complex organized by District Administration Peshawar on Disability Day 2021.
• Also got a Gold medal in the Drawing competition from the A&S Health organization.
• Participated in different news channels in talk shows
• Participated in different Fashion competitions and won certificates for her handmade products.

Fiza Tasleem faced a lot of challenges during her tenure at all levels. The thing which she noticed most is sympathy. Whenever she visited any place for any work, the first thing that comes in front of her was the sympathetic behavior of people. Instead of encouraging, people always try to give sympathy, this is the thing which she hates a lot because she is a human being and Almighty Allah strengthens her with a lot of skills so she wants to utilize my skills. she always tried to convene people that any person with a disability whenever came in front of you, don’t take him for granted rather check and examine his skills and potential. Maybe he/she worked hard and can easily compete for your goal and serve better for you.
In all aspects of life, she never compromised on self-respect. She always continued her journey on all stages as a common person. she never thinks that she is disabled and never gave chance to her thoughts before doing anything that she can’t do it. she can do anything if she can work hard for it (this is the slogan of her life) same like this, she has a lot of challenging stories of her life but she always keeps her slogan in her mind and never gave up on anything.
Fiza Tasleem wants to work with good companies abroad. she is confident that she can be a great asset to any company she gets an opportunity to work for.
